It’s morning time. I’m hungry and tired.
This is my morning.
I need to get out of this slump and get my subconscious focused on having a productive and healthy day.
This smoothie is easy and quick to make.
Yummiest daysaver ever!
I start with brewing espresso so I can let that cool while I get the rest of the ingredients together.

I slice my banana garnish first to make my resulting smoothie feel pretty.
And because I’m extra.
Add all the ingredients into blender and blend it before you decide to lay back down.
Smelling that chocolate from the cacao powder will make you happy! 🙂
And now you have a large glass of smoothie to enjoy all morning!
I drink mine while I get ready for my day or while I am dashing out the door.
